A day of sorrow in the story of Jon
Hello!
Got some sad news to announce. We lost the battle in the opening act for Erik Grönwall competition. It was a dramatic rush between Part of Jon and Tommy Sjögren who won with 2 votes when the clock turned 18.00.
At 17.50 my cellphone broke down, it just shutted itself off and didn't want to work more. Darn! I really broke down and cried for a few minutes there. 300kr in the drain for all of us!
Well congrats to Tommy and I hope that you'll have a blast in Gislaved!
We also recieved the news that we didn't get the most votes in the competition about participating in this summers KAOS festival in Mellerud. Sad.
Anyway with bad things there's always good things too! Because of the fact that we didn't get the gig this saturday we'll spend the weekend recording our new songs for melodifestivalen!
I and Jonas also had a great song writing session yesterday! We made the whole melody for one song and wrote the lyrics for the Chorus. We also did the first verse and chorus lyrics to the 3rd song which sounds really promising! It has this feel good feeling in it! Can't tell you guys much more!
The show must go on!
And it will cause giving up is not really Part of Jon's style
